The teams competing in this year's World Series will be determined in regional tournaments this summer, representing the following regions:
- Asia Pacific: Bacolod Little League, Bacolod City, Philippines
- Canada: Layritz Little League, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada
- EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa):Utrecht Little League, Utrecht, Netherlands
- Latin America: Soraida Juliana Little League, Curacao, Dutch Caribbean
- U.S. Central: Croswell Lexington Little League, Croswell, Mich.
- U.S. East: West Point Little League, Greensburg, Pa.
- U.S. Southeast: Palma Ceia/West Tampa Little League, Tampa, Fla.
- U.S. Southwest: Bridge City Little League, Bridge City, Texas
- U.S. West: Nunaka Valley Little League, Anchorage, Alaska
- Host (District 9, Washington, U.S.): Bellevue Thunderbird Little League, Bellevue, Wash.
